In this paper we present a quad band selective mobile phone communication blocking system for mobile phone restricted areas. The design works on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G network systems. Unlike conventional mobile phone jammers that block all communication, the proposed system selectively grants communication access to privileged users while attenuating the signalling control channels of external network operators. By acting as the strongest base station within the restricted area, the system forces mobile devices to connect through it, enabling selective communication control. The results demonstrate that mobile phone communication can be prioritized to suit privileged users while maintaining effective control over communications within restricted areas.

This study presents an intelligent quad-band mobile communication blocking system capable of selectively permitting communication for privileged users within mobile phone restricted areas. The proposed architecture integrates a signalling control channel jammer with a selective access mechanism that forces nearby mobile devices to connect through the system instead of external network operators. Simulation results demonstrate that the system effectively supports 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks while maintaining communication control and allowing emergency or authorized access where required.
